In 1957 Ejnar Madsen saw the immense opportunities offered by the new plastic materials invented in the post-war years and founded Dan hill plast a/s. The company has been manufacturing rotationally moulded plastic parts for all kinds of industries ever since.
Rapid development
In his usual Jutlandic style, Ejnar Madsen did not spend more money than he earned, and that money was invested wisely in the development of the company. This allowed Dan hill plast a/s to soon out grow the first small facilities it occupied in Branbrand, and the company bought a disused power station in Hornsyld.
The company's buildings in Hornsyld have now been extended to coveran area of 12.000 m2, where some 55 talented and dedicated employees are ready to provide the best service in all from production to sales and marketing.
From squeak animals to cabinets
The first products were small figurines and squeak animals, but as thecompany continued to develop, it's product range soon grew to include new and larger products.
During the next decades, items such as balls, fenders, and technical products were added to the product mix, and to this day we still put a strong emphasis on innovation and renewal so that we can constantly offer our customers the best products possible.
