Prices:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all prices are ex VAT. Price lists are only indicative and all current prices are stated in the order confirmation.
Payment:
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the terms of payment for customer purchases shall be 30 days net from the invoice date. Where the purchaser does not meet the payment terms, or the seller does not consider the buyer to be capable of meeting his obligations, the seller may suspend the current and any subsequent deliveries, unless the purchase price is paid in cash, or adequate security is provided. Tools are paid according to offers.
Delivery:
Unless otherwise agreed, all shipping is ex works. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, shipping is at the recipient's risk and expense. The seller reserves the right to deliver a quantity which is maximum 10 per cent more or less than the ordered quantity.
Cancellation:
Cancellation is no longer possible once the purchase or production of an order has been initiated.
Complaints:
Complaints shall be submitted in writing within 8 days of the date of delivery, indicating the invoice number, order number, drawing number, order size, number of defective units, as well as the reason for the complaint. The buyer shall otherwise forfeit any claim against the seller in respect of the sold goods. The seller may not be held liable for any costs and expenses in connection with a claim without his prior written approval.
Received items may not be returned without the seller's prior written consent.
